Refund and Returns Policy for Jules.Corp

At Jules.Corp, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully.

Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or a replacement.

  • Other Returns: As we primarily use a print-on-demand service, returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect items are handled on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and size charts before placing your order.

Initiating a Return:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at j.jules.corp@gmail.com within the specified timeframe of 30 days.

  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged items).

  3. Assessment: Our team will assess your request and determine the appropriate course of action based on the circumstances and our policies.

Return Shipping:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will provide instructions for return shipping.

  • Other Returns: For returns not due to our error, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process:

  • Assessment: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund.

  • Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days based on Printify's policies.

As we utilize Printify for our print-on-demand services, the handling of refunds and returns is subject to Printify's policies.
